Acceptance of terms:
These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services by Gough Gear Limited to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website.
They are effective from 20 August 2017 and will replace all earlier Gough Gear Limited terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditionsTo make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Availability and supplyAll orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
Delivery and delivery chargesPrices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary we in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
PricingAll prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Shipping and deliveryWe use Courier Post and NZ post whichever is the most economical carrier to your location, some rural deliveries eg Great Barrier or bulky products may incur additional freight costs, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 02108280447 if you are unsure.
We ship 99% of orders on same day as order is received, however please allow 3-5 days for goods to be shipped, as sometimes, due to high demand on some products and we may be waiting for stock replenishment from our suppliers.
For the safe delivery of your order we prefer to ship goods to a business or home where there is someone to receive the parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: Check your Package carefully for any signs of damage, if goods are damaged in transit - DO NOT sign for them, once you have signed for goods, the couriers will not honor any claims. We pack goods exceptionally well and have very few claims for damaged goods. There will not be a problem having goods replaced if damage is noted to the courier prior to signing.
All freight incurred for any warranty claims or warranty returns are payable by customer.
It is normal business practice that goods are returned to place of purchase, or Wholesalers premises at the customers cost. Of course if the claim is a warranty issue, then you will not have to pay the freight for the repaired or replaced goods to be returned back to you. There are no exceptions to this proviso.
Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for, incorrect photos or typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.
Your privacy is important to us and we will not do anything to violate your trust. We treat customer information as strictly confidential and so it is never revealed to third parties.
